Since 1995, Pakistan has not secured a win on Australian soil, whereas the Aussies gained an unassailable lead after skipper Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc orchestrated Pakistan's collapse.

Pakistan were 219 for 5 and needed 98 runs for a series-leveling victory. But Starc and Cummins levelled up their game to clinch the series and register a famous Boxing Day Test victory.

Josh Hazlewood's four-wicket haul against Pakistan helped his side to chase down the total. Aussies showed their class as they whitewashed Pakistan in a three-match test series.

Australia's star opening batsman David Warner pulled off the curtains to his international career in tests as well as ODIs at his home ground which is Sydney Cricket Ground.

Warner lost his wicket to Sajid Khan by LBW on a review. The Aussies' batter smashed 57 runs in 75 deliveries in his last test innings, leaving his team just 11 runs short of victory.

There was never a dull moment when Warner took to the field. He finished his Test career as Australia's fifth-leading run-scorer in the format. Warner is also Australia's second-highest run scorer across all formats.
