But it was Sourav Ganguly`s timely and brilliant 183 runs at Taunton that thrilled the fans and shocked the world as India went on to defeat Sri Lanka in a historic manner. He went on to create history as he posted the highest individual score by an Indian cricketer at the ICC World Cup.
