Mumbai’s Ajinkya Rahane
The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) is all set to begin its much-awaited T20 Mumbai League’s (TML) third edition from June 4 to 12 at the Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium. The first two editions were held in 2018 and 2019.
However, experienced India batter and Mumbai captain Ajinkya Rahane, who is the icon player and skipper of Bandra Blasters, might skip the current edition.
“We have received an email from Ajinkya in which he mentioned that he will not be available to play in the T20 Mumbai League,” MCA secretary Abhay Hadap told mid-day on Monday.
