AC Milan’s new signing Luka Modric said he wants to take his team back to their glory days after more than a decade of mediocrity.
The 39-year-old former Ballon D’or winner joined the Rossoneri after 13 trophy-laden seasons at Real Madrid. He’s keen to add a few more to his cabinet in Italy.
“Milan cannot be satisfied with average. It needs to have [the] biggest goals possible, to win titles, to compete with the best teams in the world. And that’s why I’m here,” Modric told Milan TV.
