Iran unhappy about ‘Pride Match’ vs Egypt

Iran’s football chief said on Tuesday that they objected to the “irrational” branding of its World Cup match against Egypt, which organisers in the US have suggested will be held in support of the LGBTQ community. 

The organisers in Seattle, had stated their intention to hold a ‘Pride Match’ coinciding with the city’s ‘Pride Week.’
