Tottenham Hotspur closed in on a place in the Europa League final after winning their semi-final first leg clash against Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt 3-1 here on Thursday.
Johnson’s quick-fire opener within 38 seconds was followed by James Maddison’s 34th minute strike. Dominic Solanke then converted a penalty in the 61st minute, but a late goal from Ulrik Saltnes (83rd min) ensured the second leg on May 8 will be a nervous occasion for Ange Postecoglou’s team.
