On the closing day of the Dream Sports Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) annual inter-school athletics championship, Shiven Vyas of Children’s Academy (Thakur Complex) and Aradhya Sawant of Holy Family High School (Andheri) emerged as the standout performers in the boys U-16 and U-10 categories respectively, finishing with three golds at Wings Sports Centre on Wednesday.
Shiven sealed his third gold in the 200m race, clocking 23.69s to beat Shreyas Kawatkar (23.94s) of Podar International School (Santacruz) and Shaurya Bairagi (24.36s) of Dhirubhai Ambani International School (Bandra). On Monday, he had clinched the 100m gold in 11.66s. On Tuesday, he won the 80m hurdles (11.27s).
