Western Railway and Rajdhani Hockey won the Elite men’s and women’s titles respectively at the Joe Fernandis Memorial hockey tournament at Astro Park, Bandra, on Sunday night. 

WR beat CTC 3-1 via shootout after the scores were locked 1-1 at the end of regulation time. Darshan Gaonkar was WR’s star striker, scoring thrice—one during the match and twice in the shootout.
