India’s young women wrestlers expectedly struggled at the big stage as two of them were eliminated on Tuesday.
Ankush (50kg) lost her qualification bout 5-6 to Natallia Varakina while Tapsya went down 2-4 to Mexico’s Bertha Chavez. Meanwhile, In the men’s event, Sujeet Kalkal (65kg) lost 5-7 to USA’s Real Marshall Ray Woods while Vicky (97kg) lost ‘by fall’ to Bulgaria’s Akhmed Magamaev.
