Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials) Drink enough fluids; Know how much your body can take; Carry 'happy' music; Vary your workout so you don't get bored; Be at peace and be happy, trust me the workout will have better results!
6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time) Sleeping!
7 days a week (I can't live without!) Yoga and dance
8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence) Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate!
On cloud 9 (my favourite way to de-stress) Reading, watching a good film, or listening to music by the ocean
Last thing I do before tucking in ufffd I make sure my alarm is set and that I'm at peace with myself
