I'm always in two minds about:
Whether to bowl a length ball or a Yorker

Third-time lucky (something I tried thrice)
The Yorker. Several times I have been lucky the third time and have got it right

Fourplay (my all-time favourite songs)

Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)
As a fast bowler you need to keep your legs strong, so walking, leg presses, bench presses, lunges and pull-ups are essential

6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)
Sleeping! I don't want to wake up at 6 am in the morning; I love to sleep a lot

7 days a week (I can't live without!)
Upper body exercises like biceps, shoulder and back. But I am a fast bowler and can have bulging biceps, so I focus more on the u00a0latter two

8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)

On cloud 9 (my favourite way to de-stress)
I like to hangout with my friends, watch a movie or chill out with them. I am not a party animal

Last thing I do before tucking in:
I meditate for twenty minutes
