"The journey towards skincare is challenging as much as fun", says Milie Rathod, founder of Misara, a brand which talks beauty and skincare essentials in a raw, unapologetic approach. Milie Rathod started her journey with a certified course on aromatherapy and had acquired proper knowledge of DIY skincare.

Afterwards, she had pursued online certified diploma in organic skincare formulations from Botanica London. "I was always someone who wanted to add mettle and research to my brand, and the only way to do it was to get to the root of it," she explains.


To transform her interest into a business idea, she utilised her bachelor’s degree in Management studies and master’s degree in strategic marketing. 


She also pursued diploma in Advertising from Welingkar’s institute of Management and a certificate course of marketing from Bombay chamber of commerce. She is a bachelor from RA Podar College of commerce and Masters from University of Bath, UK.


Misara is a skincare brand which deals with the use of household and pure products. It generally promotes the use of aromatherapy and use of organic formulation. 

"To create the an expertise that is guilt-free, I  specialise in products made up of natural, organic and eco-friendly ingredients with no adscititious fragrance," says Rathod, proving her effort to be socially accountable, her products are also 100% cruelty-free, thus you'll be able to up your feel-good game a notch higher.
