Lara Sebastian, a Canadian beauty now living in Los Angeles, the US, says that a major part of her success today as a dancer, model, and actress can be attributed to the many tough choices she made and the risks she took in her career. Hadn’t it been for these significant steps in her career, she wouldn’t have reached thus far, she believes. “It was tough for a passionate soul like me to leave Calgary and moved to Vancouver at 18 years, as I only knew one thing that I loved dancing, and I wanted to make a career in the performing art. However, I hustled day and night to learn from various dance conventions and workshops and then packed my bags to move to LA in search of many other exciting opportunities,” says Lara Sebastian.
Since then, she has never looked back and even created opportunities for herself. Lara Sebastian took everyone by surprise when she appeared for a guest performance on Dancing with the Stars, featured on various commercials, did several projects as a dancer under industry icons, did many music videos for major artists, and even worked as a choreographer for Kool & the Gang’s Hollywood Bowl performance and their Stars 80 concert in Paris. Recently, as an actor, she worked with Josh Duhamel, Laura Dern, Maria Bello, and Tom Everett Scott. As a model, she was crowned the Miss Jetset 2018 title for the Jetset Magazine while also getting featured on the cover of the same magazine’s August 2018 issue.
She loves travelling to different parts of the world and thus has also become a globetrotter, and apart from all this, she has found passion in playing poker as well. Isn’t she one of the most multi-skilled and versatile talents we know of lately? For more updates, follow her on Instagram @larasebastian.
