Vipin Bhardwaj
During the Covid period, across the globe and to varying extents, cinemas and theatres were shut, shows were postponed, and film releases were shifted to future dates or delayed indefinitely. Theatre is the much-needed antidote to these gloomy days as nothing can amount to the experience that a staged performance with hundreds filled up in an auditorium gives. It was a head-on challenge for directors, actors, and technicians across the nation to make the medium of theatre thrive.
