Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi didn`t have your typical Bollywood-style meet-cute. Instead of crossing paths on a movie set or a  flight, their story began at the gym. Bedi recalls spotting Dhupia for the first time when she was just 20, back in New Delhi. Years later, their lives intersected again at a friend`s party in Mumbai. 

Angad Bedi`s proposal to Neha Dhupia defied convention, embodying the kind of moment that would warm any parent`s heart. Recounting the experience, Dhupia shared how she informed Bedi about a role during a Punjab shoot. He disregarded the details, prioritizing time with her and promptly flying down. After the shoot, he surprised her at her parents` doorstep with a marriage proposal she hadn`t anticipated.

The beginning of their wedding celebrations was marked by a vibrant mehandi ceremony held in New Delhi. To match the festive atmosphere, the bride made a tasteful selection, opting for a fuss-free cobalt blue attire designed by Masaba.

After the intimate mehandi festivities, the couple moved forward with a pre-wedding puja, a ceremonious occasion laden with cultural significance. For this event, Neha Dhupia made a striking choice by donning a delicate beige silk sari designed by Anavila.

The sari`s light and airy texture seemed to mirror the solemn yet celebratory atmosphere of the puja, creating a visual harmony.

Neha Dhupia`s attire was elevated by the addition of traditional gold jewelry, which served as an exquisite finishing touch. 

Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi embraced the sanctity of a traditional Sikh wedding ceremony known as Anand Karaj.

Staying true to her `less is more` aesthetic, the bride made a distinct choice by opting for a blush pink lehenga, perfectly aligned with the daytime occasion. 

The couple selected a gurudwara in the heart of the city as the setting for their union, ensuring an intimate gathering comprised of only a few close friends and family members. 

Designed by Anita Dongre, the bridal ensemble bore the hallmark gota patti work that characterizes the designer`s creations. 

To add a touch of distinction to her understated lehenga, Neha Dhupia adorned herself with a striking gulband necklace, making a captivating statement.

Angad Bedi, in harmonious synchrony with his bride, donned a white sherwani. But what made the gesture even more significant was his choice to complement Neha`s attire by opting for a pink turban.
