Madhur Bhandarkar is known for his unique and rather amusing way of addressing his actors. On the sets of Heroine, while he complimented the ‘perfect’ shots with ‘Kya jalwa hai!’, his leading lady Kareena earned the nickname of Bai. Our source from the sets says, “Madhur would address Bebo as Bai...‘Has Bai come?’ or ‘Tell Bai the shot is ready’.”
