She is known for her petite and lithe frame, but is not one for crazy diets. Shazahn Padamsee believes in being sensible about food.
She tells CS, “I am young and don’t believe in starving myself. I have a normal breakfast and lunch of rotis, dal and vegetables. Dinner is light, mostly soup with grilled chicken or fish.
The only thing I avoid is fried stuff.” So, what would be Shazahn’s diet mantra for young people? “Well, the only thing that works is avoiding carbohydrates at night. It is a sure shot way of losing those inches.” And getting a great figure, right Shazahn?
