'Nana has not ghost directed the film'

Eijaz Gulab rules out buzz that Nana Patekar is ghost directing the sequel of 'Ab Tak Chappan', while insisting he is helming the film

Ever since the sequel to Shminit Amin’s Ab Tak Chappan has been announced, there has been much talk about who exactly is directing the film.

Stunt director Eijaz Gulab had been recently credited as the director of the film. However, strong buzz is that it is actually the film’s lead Nana Patekar who is ghost directing the film. Eijaz, however, refutes this claim.

Eijaz Says, “No it is not true that Nana has ghost directed the film. I have directed the film. Nana directed his own dialogue scenes. If you ask anyone, they will say I’m the director of the film.”

He adds, “There is no bad blood between Nana and me. We are very professional and filmmaking is a team effort.”u00a0The sequel was originally to be directed by Sahil Saple, until he walked out of the project owing to his differences with Ram Gopal Varma.u00a0
