It was none other than Salman Khan who gave writer duo Farhad-Sajid their first break in Bollywood
If you have doubled up laughing over the now-famous lines in Bollywood “Aata majhi Satakli” and “My chest has become blouse” you’d have also wondered about the identity of those who wrote them. With five Rs 100 crore films to their credit, writing jodi Farhad and Sajid say they owe their careers to none other than Salman Khan.

Our source says, “When Farhad-Sajid came to Mumbai to try their hand at song writing, they had no filmi background or connections to help. Finally they had to seek help from Salman Khan’s driver to gain an entry into the actor’s social calendar.”
The source adds, “The two writers managed to get into the studio where Salman was shooting for a film. After they managed to regale the actor with their witty one-liners, they were sent to David Dhawan on Sallu’s special reference!” Sajid tells us, “Salman bhai has been a mentor and a very dear friend to us. We owe everything to him.” Well said, then.
