The film, which features veterans like Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty, is a based on a love story of a young, beautiful girl from northern mountains, who fights against power. For the role, Ghai is on the lookout for a sporty girl with medium height, and aged between 19 to 21. She should be fair, extrovert and vocal by nature. The training will be taken care of, says the filmmaker. Once the final cast is locked, &quot;Kaanchi&quot; will go on floors in the first quarter of 2013.
