After turning producer and director now Ajay Devgn turns entrepreneur. He has entered realty business in a big way.
Says a source close to Ajay, "Ajay has turned business partners with Ramakant Tibrewal, Amit Sharma and Vijay Jain from the ROHA JP group. For a long time Ajay was thinking of diversifying beyond the film industry.
He's been a regular investor in the past with the real estate sector and always felt it is a fragmented sector with need for branded spaces."
The source adds that Ajay was in two minds as he wanted to be part of a group that had expertise and experience and today he's found that in the company he's a partner in. "The company's equity and Devgn's vision combine to make ADi (Ajay Devgn Infrastructure).
As of now he is launching two projects: an exclusive sea- facing residential property at Versova with ground, five podiums and 12 floors. ADi West Coast will be a commercial property located at Vile Parle East on the Western Express Highway. It will have ground plus four floors. Ajay is very excited about his new venture and is involving himself right from the design to development."
