Ameesha Puri's boyfriend Kanav Puri is in shock ever since his prized yellow Ferrari got stolen in London. The actress says, "It happened on Thursday, a day before he arrived in the city but he only told me after he got here."
She adds, "Initially, Kanav was miserable because he had lost his 'baby'. At least now, he has got an excuse to buy a new one." He had the car for two years.
Insider job!
She feels it was an insider job. "Kanav used to drive the car to his gym and obviously, someone had been keeping track of his movements. Last week, when he returned after his workout, the Ferrari was gone. He has lodged a complaint with the police." Ameesha is sentimental about the car as they'd driven in it to Paris earlier this year. "We have lots of good memories in the car."
Kanav even had his personalised number plates. But even though he is missing his car right now, Ameesha says that he's getting over the grieving period, "He's waiting for his new model which comes in September." Kanav doesn't know it yet but she is going to make him promise not to ride it too fast.
