When I was young, unemployment in the film industry was rampant, but now you can make your way in easily. Initially, talent was the only thing that was important; today you have to have a thousand other qualifications to be a good actor. The scope for an actor has increased a lot. Also, parents have started accepting Bollywood and TV as good career options.

Remake a remake?
I am not in favour of remakes. I hear that two of my films, Agneepath and Golmaal, are being remade. Something new has to be added to the original,u00a0 only then will the audience be impressed.
