Jackie and Ayesha have a house in Mahableshwar. But now, they have invested in au00a0house on another hill station: Khandala. Ayesha Shroff is presently busy planning her dream house, which is spread over 20,000 sq ft.
The plot is nestled right between two huge mountains and is surrounded by natural beauty. Ayesha plans to have everything from an artificial lake, a swimming pool and a gym for her son Tiger. 
She admits, "Jackie had bought some land in Mahabaleshwar where he built a house. But it is quite far from Mumbai. We wanted to build a weekend home just a two-hour drive away from Bandra. It's the perfect place to get away from the city and relax."
Currently, Jackie is busy getting the necessary paperwork done. Construction will begin in the coming month. "We want to have it ready in a year. At the moment, it's just barren land, but my architect has come up with a beautiful design for the house. I really enjoy being a part of planning and landscaping. The house will also have a separate guest room for Tiger and his friends. There will also be a huge gym where all of us can work out. The design is being made keeping in mind everyone's needs."
