Karan, 33, will next be seen in erotic-thriller 'Hate Story 3'.
He acted with Bipasha in horror film 'Alone', that released earlier this year and marked his full fledged debut in films.
Earlier, Karan starred in cameo roles in films like 'Bhram' and 'I Am 24'.
"I wish them all the best (for the film). Everyone has a journey that one has to take and I wish all the people, who are working so hard as actors, all the very best. And especially it's Karan... I definitely want a huge success in it (movie)," Bipasha told PTI.
Karan, who announced separation from actress wife Jennifer Winget last November after two years of marriage, has been linked with Bipasha since their first movie outing.
The pair, however, has used the usual and safe "good friends" label to describe each other.
So, when asked about her "good friend", the 36-year-old 'Raaz' actress, taking a dig at the media, said she has other friends in the industry too, including her 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' co-star Ranbir Kapoor.
"'Good friend'. I have many good friends. My good friend Ranbir Kapoor is also coming up with 'Tamasha'... He is much closer and I have known him for many, many years."
Bipasha and Karan often share pictures on social media of spending time and celebrating birthdays together. They were also seen holidaying in Maldives earlier this year.
The actress has previously dated actors John Abraham and Harman Baweja.
Karan, who is known for his hit TV show 'Qubool Hai' and 'Dill Mill Gayye', was married to actress Shraddha Nigam before tying the knot with Winget.
'Hate Story 3', also starring Sharman Joshi, Zarine Khan and Daisy Shah, is directed by Vishal Pandya, who also helmed the previous instalment of the franchise.
'Hate Story 3' releases on December 4.
