Sonali Kulkarni had a super birthday on November 3. CS had messaged her to convey our wishes, but the actor didn't revert. After we lost all hope of ever getting a reply, the actor messaged us on Friday with her apologies. 
"I've had the best birthday ever. I was at the MAMI Film Festival and someone disclosed that it was my birthday. The entire theatre sang for me!" says Sonali. She was flooded with flowers and gifts all throughout the day. Even her maid and assistant surprised her with thoughtful gifts, she says.
"And in the evening my friends threw a surprise dinner party for me as I'm too shy to really go partying," the actor lets on.
It proved to be a good break since currently Sonali's days seem to be full of work and travel. Recently her mother also went through a knee replacement surgery for which she had to rush to Pune and care for her.
