Boman Irani's wife and friends organise surprise bash for him

On Wednesday night, Boman Irani's wife Zenobia, Riteish Deshmukh, Sajid Khan and Randhir Kapoor (Boman's colleagues in House Full) held a surprise birthday party for Boman at a restaurant in Kalaghoda

On Wednesday night, Boman Irani's wife Zenobia, Riteish Deshmukh, Sajid Khan and Randhir Kapoor (Boman's colleagues in House Full) held a surprise birthday party for Boman at a restaurant in Kalaghoda.

Says Zenobia, "I wanted to keep a surprise party for Boman as it was his 50th birthday. This was his birthday according to the Parsi calendar. His birthdate falls on December 2 but he would then be in Dubai performing for an event. For the party last night, I got one of his friends to invite us saying it was an office party. I had arranged for masks to be made of Boman from characters of his films and the guests were wearing them when Boman entered the party. Apart from Randhir, Sajid and Riteish there were Raj Kumar Hirani, Dia Mirza and Ram Madhvani too."

The birthday cake was special too. "It was a chocolate cake looking like a clapperboard with Boms (his nickname) name and wishing him a happy 50th birthday. He kept singing to me too." Boman's two boys Danish and Kayoze (24 and 21 years) were also present at the party.
