another dismaying bit of news from tinsel town. Samir Karnik has postponed the shooting of his Curfew, which is based on the 1984 anti-Sikh riots that broke out in the country following Indira Gandhi's assassination.
Also, the film's producers don't see the market welcoming another Chandni Chowk saga in the near future.
"We need to look at the project in a different setting, as we can't have it limited to Chandni Chowk any more," said Karnik. So now, the cast will just have to wait until the film is relocated.
Star cast
Curfew's eclectic cast comprises Mithun, Tabu, Prabhudeva, Arya Babbar and Karnik's favourites Bobby Deol and Vatsal Seth.
