Chef's special
Being a simple man I stick to simple fare. So, my speciality would be fluffy scrambled egg whites with cheese, spinach and mushrooms, whole wheat toast, butter and honey. This is accompanied by a cool glass of fresh carrot and beetroot juice with a hint of ginger and lime in it. I try to eat simply and enough to fuel my passion for distance running. Having said that, I must add that I absolutely love experimenting with different kinds of cuisines, and love to eat at friends' homes.

Kitchen secrets
Overtime, I've picked up a few cooking secrets. The addition of beer makes crispy fried prawns taste absolutely divine, though I can't take the credit for this discovery. But I've also learnt a lot of cooking lessons the hard way. I did a two-month cooking course in a five-star hotel when I was just out of college and right from map shaped rotis to messing up the water quantity in the rice, eating up the cake mix before it was baked to starting from one dish and ending up with anotheru00a0-- I've had my share of kitchen bloopers. But I've enjoyed every bit of my culinary journey.
