Though I am not a work out junkie, I am pretty conscious about staying fit. I love swimming. According to me, it is the most relaxing yet strenuous work out.
I enjoy going with my kids for a swim during summers. Besides swimming, I like martial arts as well. As a child, I used to regularly practise karate. In fact, my daughter enjoys karate as well.
At times, we do karate sessions together. Last but not the least, I love dancing. It is a fun way to refresh and lose some kilos. Of course, I do hit the gym as well, but I am not very fond of gymming.u00a0
