Shruti Kamal Haasan wants to settle down in Mumbai, but not with mom Sarika

Shruti Hassan has been shuttling from hometown Chennai to Mumbai as she's been shooting for her debut film, Luck. Kamal Haasan's daughter is now looking for a place in the city as she wants to act.

Have to shift

The newcomer says, "At the moment, I keep travelling between Mumbai and Chennai where I stay with my dad.

I definitely want to do more movies and for that I will have to shift to Mumbai." Strangely, there is no talk about moving in with her mom Sarika, who also lives in the city.

Reacting to reports that her introductory scene in Luck is in a two-piece bikini she says, "I can't comment on that.

If I tell you everything, what's the point in watching the movie?" However, she confirms that it was important to get in the best shape possible.

"I have a lot of action scenes in Luck. At the moment, I am looking forward to its release."

Shruti also has a rock band The Extramentals that performs all over the country. "We are excited about playing atu00a0 new venues.

There are a couple of tunes and compositions that we are working on at the moment."

But director Soham Shah hasn't utlitised her singing skills in Luck? "No, I haven't sung in the film. I was happy to act. I don't have plans to get into playback singing."
