The fact that actor Irrfan Khan has arguments over the presentation of his role in Mani Shankar's Knock Out, is well known. Khan apparently, wanted to throw in as manyu00a0 punches as actor Sanjay Duttu00a0 does in the climax.
The latest on that is that Khan will not be attendingu00a0 Dutt's Eid party slated to be held at Taj Lands End onu00a0 Monday, although the producers have offered to fly him down from the US where he is currently shooting.
The party is expected to be attended by almost 600 guests, who will be privy to the first look of Knock Out.
To not have one of the lead actors from the film present, will prove awkward for the film's makers.
Shankar finally admits to creative differences with Khan. "Yes, we did have our differences. But everything is forgiven now. While shooting, Irrfan nitpicked over every line, every shot. Now he is happy with the film and the bitterness betweenu00a0 us has been washed away. Knock Outu00a0 sees his best performance to date, even if he is not willingu00a0 to acknowledge it," said Shankar.
