Manoj Kumar unaware of receiving top Afghan honour

Manoj Kumar who was awarded the highest honour of the Afghanistan government recently was totally unaware of the recognition

It was only when the officials came to his residence that Mr Bharat was taken by surprise by it. They have also apparently told him to make an Indo-Afghan project.
