Milind Soman and Rahul Dev will soon add one more label to their model-actor portfolio that of entrepreneurs.

The duo is opening a spacious, 3,900 square-foot, hi-tech gymnasium called Breathe, in the heart of Delhi (Neeti Bagh) on January 22.

It will be inaugurated by Sunil Shetty. Rahul says, "Sunil has always been a fitness icon for me. He's in great shape and looks young."

Bose, adds, "It is a boutique model of a special- ised gym. Milind and I plan to open Breathe in other Indian cities too.

We chose Delhi as it is the capital of India and my hometown. Also it is impossible to get so much space in Mumbai because of the sky-high real estate cost."

Breathe will provide certified ACSM trainers who will guide members on how to breathe properly along with working out. "Ayurveda, sports athletes and yoga gurus through stress on the importance of breathing properly.

Stress management, heart problems, a malfunctioning liver and other ailments can be treated through proper breathing techniques. Breathing makes the heart pump blood properly, which leads to working out better and proper muscle movement," heu00a0 adds.

Milind and Rahul decided to collaborate on a joint venture because both are fitness freaks. Says Rahul, "Since both Milind and I are passionate about fitness, who else better than us to come together and open a gym?

Eventually, I also want to do a fitness show too, not for actors and models but the common man who cannot pay too much but wants to be fit."u00a0

u00a0He promises thatu00a0 Breathe will be affordable to most. "We want to make it accessible to everybody. In fact, the first 100 couples will need to pay only Rs 60,000 per year (Rs 30,000 per person)."
