President to witness Nathdwara Mahakumbh?

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Dr C P Joshi along with Madan Paliwal, CMD, Miraj Group extended an invitation to President Pranab Mukherji at Rashtrapati Bhawan to attend the nine-day Nathdwara festival 'Murari Bapu in Nathdwara' from August 18-26

The minister briefed the President that around 60,000 people attend the programme and about one lakh have food as prasad at the venue. The President appreciated the function and was desirous of making his presence depending on his schedule. Several Bollywood and well-known personalities also attend the event to hear Murari Bapu’s sermons.
