Noted filmmaker Rakesh Roshan says he would prefer to watch his son Hrithik Roshan starrer 'Kaabil' again instead of watching Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees'.
Earlier both the films were slated to hit the cinema houses on January 26, but now they will be releasing today, paving way for the first biggest box office clash of 2017. Ask Sr Roshan if he will see 'Raees', he replies, "I will see 'Kaabil' again."
Well-known actress Shabana Azmi has also praised Hrithik's performance in the romantic-drama film which is helmed by Sanjay Gupta.
And Rakesh Roshan, who has produced the film, echoes similar views.
"Hrithik has given a wonderful performance. He has set the path for all the new actors to see. I am proud of my son," Roshan said at a screening last night here.
"Kaabil" has Hrithik and Yami Gautam in lead, while "Raees" helmed by Rahul Dholakia features SRK and Mahira Khan.
It is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment.
