Rumour has it...

This year Tusshar Kapoor has made hot news. Yes, the actor grabbed a lot of attention for his lovemaking scene with co-star Radhika Apte in the film Shor In The City. Then, came the khabar that the actor was undergoing workshops with Vidya Balan to prepare for far steamier scenes in his upcoming film. But Tusshar is quick to rubbish those rumours saying, "No, I wasn't doing workshops to train for sexy scenes. I don't need to do that after spending ten years in the industry." Tusshar, who has maintained a non-controversial image till date, opens up to CS about stories that have gotten him laughing:

Who: Tusshar Kapoor
What: Talking about the most outrageous stories that he's heard about himself
Where: At his Juhu residence

What's hot?
Let me clarify this, there were no workshops to help me prepare for the 'lovemaking' sequences with Vidya. When you're doing a big project, it is normal for actors to undergo workshops to understand the film, the characters and the dynamics of the relationship to be portrayed in the film. But there are no workshops for steamy scenes. Anyways, it's Vidya who has a lot more to do than me, as she plays the seductress (laughs out loud).

Family chakkar
I don't know why the media likes to project my mom and sister (Ekta) as fiercely dominating women. And to make things clear, Ekta and my mom have never even met Radhika, leave alone oppose my friendship with her. I do consult my family now and then, but they don't dictate my personal relationships. Radhika and I bonded well during the film, and this sparked off rumours of an affair. I have always kept my personal life private, and will continue to do so. So, no comments.

Fainted, who me?
But there was one story that really irritated me. A journo reported that I had fainted on the sets of a film due to exhaustion. It was utter crap. Directors know that I can work for 24 hours at a stretch. Touch wood, I am blessed with excellent stamina. I am a fitness freak and work hard to develop my endurance levels. The report also said that I was literally surviving on protein shakes. Give me a break!

Fighting for PR
Some years back, a film director (I don't want to name) told me that the best way to hit the headlines was to get in a brawl. He was like, "Tusshar, you should get into a fight in a restaurant, lounge or disco. You will automatically get media attention." When I heard him, I felt like laughing. It sounded so old-school (laughs).u00a0u00a0
