The actor has to apparently fly down to America every two months to carry on treatment of his nerve disorder

Apparently, he will have to fly down to America and visit his doctors every two months to continue treatment of this nerve issue that has troubled him for a few years now.

Says a source, "Once he starts shooting his next film, there will be major time issues as most films freeze dates for particular schedules.

Obviously, when it comes to Salman, his health is of utmost importance and anyone would be willing to accommodate him."

The shoot of his next film Ek Tha Tiger with former beau Katrina Kaif has already been postponed by a few weeks, and now the filmmakers will have to finish a schedule before he has to fly down to the US again.u00a0

"It's pretty commendable how he has managed to withstand such pain and continue to work on back-to-back projects.

Usually when one has this disorder, medicines can be used to subside the pain, but you cannot really avoid regular treatment," says the source.

Can't ignore the pain
The excruciating pain is probably the reason why Salman has not yet signed any other project apart from his first Yash Raj film.

"He is at the peak of his career, but his health cannot be ignored anymore. So he will take it easy and work on individual projects only," says the source. Salman will apparently undergo his next major surgery in January 2012.
