His brand of comedy is so favoured that you find him in most of the films made today. Sanjay Mishra aka Bhai Saab of Phaas Gaya Re Obama, the actor who is gearing up for projects like Joker, Pranam Walekum, Hum Tum Aur Shabana, talks to CS about humour:

Brand of humour... The kind of humour that comes out of real life appeals to me the most. Can you imagine a life without humour? My daughter, who is just nine months old finds me funny, so I guess I must be a funny man with God's blessings. And though I like to laugh and crack jokes, I make sure that I don't offend anyone.

Comic favourites...u00a0 I love all Woody Allen films, and David Dhawan's earlier films like Judwaa, Hero No 1, Aankhen, Kundan Shah's Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron. Hrishikhesh Mukherjee's simple films with everyday comic situations are worth watching. Amongst actors, I like Mehmood, Woody Allen, Govinda and Akshay Kumar. They all have their unique style. All of them created a new genre of comedy films based on their improvisations.

I was taken by surprise...u00a0 When I got an award for Best Actor in Comic Role for Phaas Gaya Re Obama. Now, it was a film with dark humour, and I was serious throughout the film. I can easily identify with that kind of tongue-in-cheek humour.
