Hooked on books
I prefer non-fiction to fiction. You will mostly find me reading autobiographies and biographies. As a student, I was fascinated with history so even now, I end up buying books related to civilisations, historical figures, culture and so on. Once in a while I like to read philosophical stuff too. I love Paulo Coelho's books as they are very inspirational. The last book I read was Rohinton Mistry's Fine Balance, which was recommended to me by my sister Manasi (Joshi). You will always find a book with me whenever I travel.u00a0
The wanderer
I love travelling too. I don't have any particular affinity for mountains or beaches. London is one of my favourite destinations with its blend of modernity and tradition. It also has nice cultural spots, cafes and nightclubs to hang out in with friends. I also love the energy, vibe and pace of New York. It's truly a cosmopolitan city that holds your attention. I had a chance to visit Aruba in the Caribbean Islands last year. It was a tropical paradise. Goa is a regular haunt. I went to Ladakh for the filming of 3 Idiots and have fallen in love with the place. I am planning to long trip to Ladakh sometime soon.
