Twitterati jump on Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan's 'mistakes' while congratulating ISRO for their world record mission. They also target his son Abhishek
Shehanshah trolled! Twitterati correct Amitabh Bachchan's wrong tweet congratulating ISRO
Indian onlookers watch the launch of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C37) at Sriharikota on Wednesday. India successfully put a record 104 satellites from a single rocket into orbit on February 15 in the latest triumph for its famously frugal space agency. Scientists who were at the launch in the southern spaceport of Sriharikota burst into applause as the head of India's Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced all the satellites had been ejected. India made history on Wednesday with the successful launch of a record 104 satellites by Isro's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) in a single mission.
The PSLV-XL variant rocket carrying the 104 satellites lifted off from a launch pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 9.28am. By the 28th minute of the rocket's mission all the 104 satellites were put into orbit.
Out of the total 104 satellites placed in orbit, 101 satellites belonged to six other countries. They included 96 from the US and one each from Israel, the UAE, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Kazakhstan.
This mission broke a world record with the launch of the maximum number of satellites. The previous record was held by Russian Space Agency with 37 satellites.
Amitabh Bachchan
Many celebs took to social media platforms to congratulate ISRO. Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan was among those who celebrated the achievement.
Big B posted, "CONGRATULATIONS .. !!! ISRO for the launch of 103 satellites from one PSLV .. a world record ! HOPE ONE DAY WE LAND ON MOON !" along with a picture of himself dancing with son Abhishek.

Now, Twitterverse is inhabited by people who, (they seem to have no other work) are waiting on pounce of other's 'mistakes'. And so it was with Big B too. Twitterati were quick to jump on Amitabh's 'mistake' of mentioning 103 satellites instead of 104. People also started to target Big B for posting the picture which they felt had no connection to the record.
