Expert speak
While buying footwear, vital points to consider are comfort and the right fit for the given fitness activity. I check for the non-slip factor and the durability of the shoe. If you find a good shoe, you don’t want it to wear out quickly. The shoe needs to get comfortable as you you use it. If it doesn’t, or if it starts to bite, there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Make sure it is value-for-money and that the brand offers good after-sales service if you are buying it in-store.
