After a year-long effort to arrive at the appropriate script to kick off his next, Aamir Khan returned to the set for RS Prasanna’s Sitaare Zameen Par. Touted to be based on the theme of his highly successful 2007 film, Taare Zameen Par, this edition will be shot in a start-to-finish schedule in Mumbai.

A source close to the production tells mid-day, “Aamir has been reporting for the 7 am shoot daily. So far, the team has been filming at different locations each day. Yesterday,  the shoot was held at Country Club. The ensemble will join the schedule later this month as shooting is expected to continue till the end of April.”
