Even nakli bullets can hurt. This was experienced by John Abraham and Ameet Gaur while shooting for Nishikant Kamat's Force.

The fake cartridges were flying so fast that they would hurt. Johnny managed to avoid the bullets but Gaur ended up getting hurt by a few of them. Poor fellow even fell on a glass mirror while trying to avoid a bullet.
