The ongoing dispute between Ajay Devgn and Yash Raj Films (YRF) has taken a new turn.
The Competition Appellate Tribunal, whom Devgn approached after the Competition Commission of India (CCI) rejected his plea, did find merit in the case and set an inquiry against Yash Raj Films.
An official spokesperson of Ajay Devgn Films said, “The Competition Appellate Tribunal has seen merit in our case and has issued notice for inquiring into the anti-competitive activities of the YRF about the tie in arrangement to block our movie Son of Sardaar on the day of Diwali.
