Since the star has just returned from a three-month overseas shoot schedule of his directorial, Shivaay, he prefers to stay put at home.
It is well known how Ajay avoids cutting his birthday cake and makes someone else cut it on his behalf &mdash; on the set it is a unit hand and at home, it is his kids.
He was just awarded a Padma Shri, so it could have been a double celebration, but he&rsquo;s going to pass it up. He&rsquo;d rather start prepping for the next shooting stint of Shivaay at Film City later this month.
