And with both these films having starred Alia Bhatt in lead roles, Sajid now wants to gift the young actress a token of his appreciation.
A source says, &ldquo;His first association with Alia was the film, Highway, which did good business at box office. Now that '2 States' has also done well, he&rsquo;s looking to buy a gift for Alia, who he thinks has been very lucky for him.&rdquo;
Given that he is currently shooting in Poland for his directorial debut, 'Kick', it is being said that he may bring her a crystal item from the European country. &ldquo;Sajid is going to take some time out from his schedule and buy a crystal item for Alia. Poland is known for its crystal ware and Sajid wants to get her something special.&rdquo;
When contacted, Sajid chose to say nothing about the gift. He said, &ldquo;'2 States' has done very well. And it&rsquo;s great that they both star Alia; she is a lovely girl.&rdquo;
