Emraan Hashmi will next be seen in a horror film.
 
Viacom18 Motion Pictures, the studio behind Bollywood's biggest films like Queen, Gangs of Wasseypur, Toilet Ek Prem Katha & the most recent - Padmaavat, announce its next untitled thriller in association with Azure Entertainment. A thriller, the film marks the debut of ace Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph best known for Mohanlal starrer, Drishyam, which was subsequently remade into four Indian Languages and is one of the top two grossing Malayalam feature films of all times.

The yet untitled film is being presented by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and produced by Sunir Kheterpal for Azure Entertainment and stars Emraan Hashmi and Rishi Kapoor in key roles. Announcing his Bollywood debut, Jeethu Joseph commented, "Directing a Hindi feature film has been on the anvil for some time and I have been waiting for the right story. This crime mystery thriller with elements of horror has excited me tremendously and we have got perfect casting for the two protagonists in the Film. I am looking forward to starting the Film at the earliest."
