While shooting for the thriller Anek in Assam, Ayushmann Khurrana was overwhelmed by the love he received from locals. Every day, fans would drop in on the set of Anubhav Sinha’s directorial venture to get a glimpse of him. The actor appears to be a hit with children. “The warmth I received from them will always stay with me, and motivate me to do better,” says Khurrana.

"I`m truly overwhelmed with the love that I`m receiving from the people here in the Northeast. I have met all those who have been kind enough to come to our sets to wish me luck for Anek. It was humbling to know that they love my craft and my brand of cinema and I have had interactions with them during shot breaks and post wrap whenever possible," Ayushmann said.
