Ayushmann Khurrana confident only content will draw the audience to theatres as he returns to the big screen after over a year with Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui

The box-office collection of Sooryavanshi has proved that the audience will head to the cinemas as long as they are assured of an entertaining film. Now, as makers line up one big-screen release after another, Ayushmann Khurrana too is theatre-bound with Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. While his last release Gulabo Sitabo (2020) was the first Hindi film to take the digital route amid the pandemic, the actor acknowledges that big screens have their own charm. “Many of my favourite memories are linked to me watching movies in a theatre. I’m happy that Hindi films are now set to make a big comeback in theatres,” he begins.
